Garganega Colli Euganei DOC is a white wine from Fasolo, made mainly from Garganega grapes grown in the Colli Euganei in Veneto. It is pale straw yellow with green reflections. The nose shows white flowers, green apple and a light almond note. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with lively acidity and minerality reflecting the volcanic soil, and a clean, persistent finish. It suits an aperitif, light starters, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
