Manzoni Bianco Colli Euganei DOC from Fasolo is a white wine from the Euganean Hills in Veneto, made from a cross of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco created by Professor Luigi Manzoni in the 1930s. Grown on volcanic soils, it shows bright straw yellow with golden reflections, and aromas of ripe peach and pear, floral notes and a light honey hint. The palate is soft and enveloping, with balanced freshness. Serve chilled at 10 to 12 degrees Celsius.
