Fassbind Les Vieilles Barriques Vieille Poire is an aged Swiss pear brandy from the Fassbind distillery, which dates its history to 1846. It comes from the distillery's Vieilles Barriques programme. The distillate rests in stainless steel for at least two years, then spends 14 to 18 months in oak barrels. The result is a pear brandy with structural depth and a rounded character. It can be served neat as a digestif or used in cocktails.
