Fathertime 'The Caboose' Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl)

Fathertime 'The Caboose' is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, created by comedian Jim Gaffigan and filmmaker Stu Pollard under the Fathertime Bourbon brand. It is the fifth edition in the Precious Batch lineup, hand-selected in small batches. The bourbon was matured in heavy, new charred American oak barrels, giving a balance of oak, honey sweetness and fruit. The nose brings aged honey, tea blossom, vanilla and caramel. The palate is sweet and well balanced, with oak, cherry, quince crumble and burnt caramel. The finish is powerful and lingering, with honeysuckle and sweet tea.
