Ferguson Canadian Gold is a blended Canadian whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It is a little-known name that was not widely distributed. The nose is bright and fruity, with fresh apple juice, lemon peel, shortbread and hazelnut, plus light grain and herbal hints. The palate has a very light body, with caramel cola, ripe summer apple, peaches, fresh hay and a touch of cinnamon, and it opens up with time in the glass. The finish is short, with caramel sweetness and honey, then a faint fade of almond and mint.
