This is a 15 year old single cask Fettercairn from the Highlands, bottled by Hunter Laing in its Old Malt Cask range. It was distilled in October 2008, matured in an American oak barrel and bottled in March 2024 at 50% ABV. The cask, HL21051, gave 202 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers polished wood, candied fruits and vanilla pods. On the palate come stone fruits, barley sugar and spice, followed by a long, warm, spiced finish.
