This is a Negroamaro rosato from Salento IGP by Feudo Monaci, with a pale cherry-pink colour. The nose shows ripe strawberry, small red fruits, delicate floral notes and a citrus note. The palate is linear and savoury, with crisp freshness, medium body and barely perceptible tannins, giving balance and a pleasant final persistence. It pairs with light fish dishes, salads, pizza, lightly aged cured meats, tomato-based dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve cold at 10-12 C.
