A red wine from Feudo Monaci, made from Primitivo in the Salento IGT. It shows a concentrated character, with ripe red and black fruit, plum and cherry, light sweet spice and a hint of dried flowers. The palate is full and enveloping, with robust structure balanced by fresh acidity and soft tannins, leaving fruity and spicy notes. Serve around 16-18 C in a large glass. It suits roasts, grilled meats, rustic ragù and hard cheeses.
