A fragrant but not overpowering Fiano from Salento, produced by Feudo Monaci. It shows white flowers, citrus zest and white peach, supported by a light almond note.
The palate balances freshness and body, with lively acidity, a savoury texture and good mid-palate consistency. The finish is pleasant, with citrus returns and a clean close.
Serve chilled at around 10-12 °C in a wide glass. It suits seafood, shellfish, light soups, vegetable-based first courses and fresh cheeses.
