Fielden English Harvest is an English rye whisky, the 2019 edition, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV.
It is made from grain taken from the harvest and is described as fresh and floral, with plenty of flavour.
The palate brings herbs and delicate summer fruits, along with soft pastry notes of brioche, cream and warm apple crumble. The finish carries a pinch of white pepper and fresh thyme.
