Fielden Harvest 2020 is an English rye whisky made from heritage grains grown in clover, without chemicals, using regenerative farming. It is a limited edition from a single harvest year, 2020.
The nose offers apple strudel, banoffee and roasted lemon, with hints of raspberry leaf and thyme. On the palate come creamy, flaky pastry, biscoff, malted cereals, caramelised nuts and toasted grain. The finish is warming with ginger and cinnamon, and a gentle trace of cardamom and cumin.
