Filey Bay Flagship is a Yorkshire single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from 100% locally sourced barley and is the culmination of the Filey Bay bourbon-matured style.
The distillery is in Hunmanby on the Yorkshire Coast, and its barley is grown on the founders' own family farm. Its first Filey Bay single malt was released in October 2019.
The character is light, creamy and fruity, with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla.
