Spirit of Yorkshire's Maturing Malt is Distillery Projects 001, released under the Filey Bay name. It comes from Yorkshire's first single malt whisky distillery, ahead of the distillery's forthcoming single malt launch.
The barley comes entirely from the distillery's own family farm in Hunmanby, so every bottle is made from locally grown grain. Only 2,000 bottles were released.
