Flagship is the core whisky from Filey Bay, made by the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery at Hunmanby in Yorkshire, England. It is made entirely from local barley grown on Wold Top Farm and matured in first-fill bourbon barrels.
It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fruity and sweet, with tart grapefruit, creamy honey, delicate vanilla and rich toffee. The palate is silky and complex, with intense and varied fruit. The finish is long and elegant.
