Filey Bay Flagship Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Filey Bay Flagship is a single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, made with 100% locally grown barley and aged in bourbon casks. The team grows, brews and distils, and bottles at the distillery itself. The whisky is light and creamy, natural in colour and non-chill filtered. It leans towards a fruitier style. It is described as having honeycomb, vanilla and peachy fruit, with a floral finish of gingerbread and citrus peel.
