Filey Bay IPA Finish Batch #1 is a single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, bottled at 46%. It was finished in ex-IPA casks, an approach made possible by the sister company Wold Top Brewery, and it brings the farm, brewery and distillery behind the brand into one whisky.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The whisky is described as light, fruity and biscuity, with notes of green apple, pear drops, lemon cake and hops.
