Filey Bay Moscatel Cask #3 (70cl, 46%)

Filey Bay Moscatel Cask 3 is a Yorkshire single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is matured in a Moscatel cask. The distillery stands near the Filey Bay coast and grew from a partnership between the farmer Tom Mellor and his business partner David Thompson. The barley and the spring water both come from Mellor's Wold Top Farm. The late Dr Jim Swan, who helped set up several other distilleries, advised on the project. The gannet is the distillery's emblem, a nod to the large gannet colony on the coast nearby.
