Filey Bay Moscatel Cask #4 is a Yorkshire single malt finished in Moscatel casks and bottled at 46%, in a 70cl bottle.
It comes from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery near Filey Bay, set up by the farmer Tom Mellor and his business partner David Thompson. The barley and the spring water both come from Mellor's Wold Top Farm. The late Dr Jim Swan advised on the project.
