Filey Bay Moscatel Finish is a Yorkshire single malt, made from field to bottle and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It was first matured in ex-bourbon casks, then moved to Spanish casks that had held Moscatel sherry for up to 10 years. The finish adds more wood spice and layers of fruit to the light, fruity bourbon-cask house style.
The fruit is described as raisin, orange and honeysuckle.
Tasting Notes
