Filey Bay Moscatel Finish (70cl)

Filey Bay Moscatel Finish is a single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It was first matured in 200-litre bourbon casks filled in 2016, then moved to 250-litre Spanish hogsheads that had held Moscatel for ten years. Spirit of Yorkshire began distilling in May 2016 at Hunmanby on the Yorkshire coast, using barley grown on the distillery's own family farm. It released its first Filey Bay single malt in October 2019. The Moscatel finish is described as light and soft, with added depth, more layers of fruit and sweet spices.
