Filey Bay Nurture (70cl, 46.5%)

Filey Bay Nurture comes from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery near Filey Bay in England, and is bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is neither chill-filtered nor coloured. The whisky is a marriage of ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks. It is soft and fruity, with an earthy depth. The barley and spring water both come from the Wold Top Farm that owns the distillery's site. Tasting notes describe a bright, fresh and fruity whisky, with sugar cubes, biscuit, red and black fruit gums, baked apples and vanilla ice cream.
