This is Sherry Cask Reserve #5 from Filey Bay, a single malt made by the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is a marriage of whiskies matured in two types of ex-sherry cask.
The ex-Moscatel casks add a brighter character and a subtle creaminess. The ex-Pedro Ximenez casks bring richness, dried fruits and festive flavours.
