Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve Batch 5 is a Yorkshire whisky from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Only 2,000 bottles were filled worldwide.
The whisky is a blend of spirit matured in two kinds of ex-sherry cask. The ex-Moscatel casks add a lighter character with a subtle creaminess, while the ex-Pedro Ximenez casks bring dried fruit and festive aromas.
