Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve Batch 6 is the sixth edition of an annual series from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery in Hunmanby, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It matured only in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, making it the first purely Oloroso edition since the original bottling in 2020.
Oloroso is known for nutty, dark-fruited character. Here it adds notes of treacle, dark sweetness and sherry spice over the light, fruity house style of Filey Bay.
