Filey Bay STR Finish is a Yorkshire single malt from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery in the north of England, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and was then finished in STR red wine barriques from Rioja. It has no added colouring and is not chill-filtered.
Spicy bourbon character is described alongside the fruity notes of the red wine.
