Filliers Single Rye is a five-year-old Belgian rye whisky, bottled at 46.5% in a 50cl bottle. It is made entirely from rye and distilled in copper stills.
It matured for five years in new American oak casks, and the result is a soft, balanced whisky.
On the palate there is vanilla, chocolate, light spice and black pepper with a prickly edge. The finish is long and warm.
