Belgian Owl – Single Malt Evolution (50cl)

Belgian Owl Single Malt Evolution is a Belgian single malt in a 50cl bottle. It comes from the Belgian Owl distillery in Grâce-Hollogne, near Liège, which Etienne Bouillon and two partners founded in 1997 under the name Pure. The barley is grown in the fields around Liège, and malting and fermentation take place in a converted farm on the edge of the city. The first cask was filled in October 2004, and the first three year old single malt was bottled in October 2007 under the name Identité.
