Filliers Single Rye 8 Year Old is a Belgian rye whisky, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
Filliers was inspired by the revival of rye whisky and set out to make its own Belgian interpretation. The spirit is distilled from 100% rye, and a 5 year old version sits alongside this 8 year old.
The character is lightly spicy, with peppery accents of black pepper, along with vanilla and chocolate.
