Flaming Pig Black Cask is an Irish whiskey from Malones Whiskey Company, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is typically described as having a nose of hot chocolate and strong tea over toasted brioche. Barbecued pineapple and mango develop on the palate, which stays quite chocolatey, and the finish brings peaches in syrup, nutmeg and toffee.
