Fontana Pisco Acholado (70cl)

This is an acholado pisco from Peru, made in the valleys of Lima and Ica and bottled at 70cl. Acholado means a blend, and here it combines several aromatic grape varieties typical of the area. It is distilled in copper stills by a traditional, hand-crafted method, which keeps the aromas intact. It is clear and bright in the glass. The nose brings white flowers, citrus and tropical fruit with delicate spice. The palate is soft and balanced, with a lingering aromatic finish. It can be sipped neat at room temperature or used in cocktails.
