Fontana Pisco Mosto Verde Italia (50cl)

This is a Mosto Verde pisco from Fontana, made from Italia grapes grown in areas suited to aromatic vines. Mosto Verde pisco is distilled from a partially fermented must, which gives it greater aromatic intensity. Here the grape's own aromas are blended with warmer, softer notes from time in cask. The nose is floral and citrusy, with hints of ripe exotic fruit. On the palate it is harmonious and velvety, with a persistent finish. It can be served as an aperitif or with delicate desserts and fresh fruit.
