Fontana Pisco Mosto Verde Moscatel (50cl)

This is a Peruvian pisco made from Moscatel grapes grown in the Ica region. It is a Mosto Verde, distilled from partially fermented must, so the residual sugars and the pronounced aroma of the Moscatel grape are kept intact. The pisco is clear and bright. The nose is fresh, with orange blossom, ripe citrus and a slightly honeyed note. On the palate, sweetness and acidity are well balanced, with fruity and spicy notes leading to an elegant, lively finish.
