Pisco Quebranta Fontana (70cl)

A pisco made from the Quebranta grape, one of Peru's emblematic varieties, from a historic production area. It is obtained from carefully selected non-aromatic grapes fermented by traditional methods, then slowly and carefully distilled to preserve purity and organoleptic nuances. The result is a crystal-clear spirit with intense aromas of dried fruit, white flowers and a slight herbal hint. On the palate it is enveloping, soft yet vibrant, with a persistent finish showing delicate almond notes and a pleasant mineral freshness. It can be sipped neat at room temperature or used as a base for traditional cocktails such as Pisco Sour.
