Pisco Mosto Verde Torontel - Fontana (50cl)

A Peruvian pisco made from Torontel grapes grown in the Ica valley. It is distilled from partially fermented must, leaving residual sugar that gives the spirit softness and aromatic complexity. Floral Torontel notes are joined by citrus, white fruit, aromatic herbs and sweet spices. On the palate it is elegant and velvety, with a floral return and balanced light sweetness.
