Foss Marai Spumante Cuvèe Brut Surfine Jeroboam (3L)

A three-litre Jeroboam of Italian sparkling wine from Valdobbiadene, presented as a cuvée for celebrations and special occasions. The grapes are selected from the Valdobbiadene area and the wine is made by the traditional method, with a long maturation on the lees. It is served at 6-8°C and suits aperitifs, light starters, seafood and delicate fish dishes. It has a complex aromatic palette of mature fruit, citrus, floral notes, toasted bread and almond, with a fine and persistent perlage.
