A single barrel of Four Roses Kentucky straight bourbon, a Private Barrel Selection released for the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in 2025. It is nine years and five months old and signed by Brent Elliott, the master distiller, in a 75cl bottle.
The recipe is OESV. It uses the lower-rye E mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley, with the V yeast strain, which is said to add light, delicate fruit.
Four Roses describes OESV as the most delicate of its recipes, with pear and apricot balanced by corn and rye notes.
