A VSOP cognac from the house of François Voyer, based in Verrières in the Grande Champagne cru. It is aged in Limousin oak and balances freshness, complexity and roundness.
The nose offers dried flowers, candied apricot and bourbon vanilla, with a light woody touch and a little rancio. The palate is supple and rounded, with honey, yellow fruit and soft spice.
The finish is long, with toasted oak and roasted hazelnut. It can be drunk neat, lightly chilled or in cocktails.
