A white wine from Fontana Candida, made mainly from Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio and Trebbiano Toscano in the Castelli Romani area of Lazio.
It is bright straw yellow. The nose shows ripe white fruit, field flowers and a light minerality linked to volcanic soils. On the palate it is fresh and easy to drink, with balanced acidity and softness and a slight bitter note typical of Trebbiano.
It suits aperitifs, light starters, fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
