A Lazio IGT wine from Fontana Candida, made from a carefully selected blend of grapes that may vary from vintage to vintage. It has an intense, deep colour and a rich, varied bouquet of ripe fruit, spices and a light toastiness from wood ageing. On the palate it shows a notable balance between acidity and structure, with soft, well-integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with red meats, game and aged cheeses, as well as more delicate dishes.
