Frascati Superiore DOCG Riserva Luna Mater Fontana Candida

A white wine from Fontana Candida capturing the essence of the Castelli Romani territory near Rome. This Riserva represents the pinnacle of Fontana Candida's production, combining Frascati winemaking tradition with modern techniques. Visually it has a bright golden yellow colour. On the nose it offers an aromatic, intense bouquet with white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, white flowers, honey and a delicate vanilla note from barrel ageing. On the palate it shows notable structure for a white, with balance between acidity and softness. Mature fruit flavours mix with toasted almond, aromatic herbs and subtle minerality, giving a long, persistent finish.
