A single cask rum from Trinidad, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 as part of the Awakening Series. It is limited to 117 bottles.
The nose shows caramelised fruits, vanilla, honey, dried apricot, light spice, oak and toffee. The palate is soft, full-bodied and complex, with tropical fruits, caramel, almond, honey and fine spice. The finish is long, elegant and harmonious, with sweet fruit from the cask and subtle oak spice.
