A white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia made from Pinot Grigio. The calcareous-clay soil gives elegance and freshness. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, with light floral and mineral hints. On the palate it is balanced and savoury, with a soft structure and pleasant acidity giving freshness and persistence. It is aged in steel and suits light fish dishes and white meats.
