Fuji Tsukimi (70cl, 46%)

Fuji Tsukimi is a blended Japanese whisky from the Fuji Gotemba Distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The label presents it as a limited edition for the moon festival. It is a blend of several grain whiskies and malt whisky, drawn from the distillery itself and from other producers. The nose offers fruit, vanilla and malt. The palate is soft, with pear and quince and a hint of pastry, and the finish is gentle, with grain and cacao.
