Fujimi Blended Japanese Whisky is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The colour is a light gold-amber. The nose opens with cherry blossom cake and acacia honey, with a slightly spicy hint of sansho leaf beneath. The palate is silky, with salted plum, dried fig and maple-roasted sweet potato, and a little mizunara wood at the close.
The finish is clear and warm, with a bittersweet note of roasted tea.
