A rosemary liqueur from Distillerie G.E. Massenez in Alsace, France. It is made by macerating rosemary sprigs in neutral spirit, then balancing the infusion with measured sweetness. The result is an aromatic herbal liqueur with rosemary, citrus peel and wild herb notes. It can be used in cocktails or sipped on its own.
The nose brings fresh rosemary, lemon peel, wild thyme and light floral hints. The palate is medium-sweet and herb-driven, with crisp rosemary, gentle citrus and mild floral tones. The finish is clean and lingering, with herbaceous freshness, citrus oil and faint Mediterranean wild herbs.
