George Dickel – Barrel Select (75cl)

George Dickel Barrel Select is a small-batch Tennessee whisky from the Tullahoma distillery, in a 750ml bottle. The distillery regards it as its finest. The distiller hand-selects just 10 barrels for it, and the whisky is aged between 10 and 12 years. It goes through charcoal mellowing and the distillery's own ageing process. On the palate it is rich and silky and well balanced, with vanilla, spice and charcoal.
