George Dickel Classic Recipe No.8 is a Tennessee whiskey from a small distillery, bottled at 40% in a one-litre bottle.
It is double-distilled, first in a column still and then in a pot still, and aged in new charred oak barrels. Before the charcoal mellowing stage the whisky is chilled, which filters out heavier elements that other producers leave in.
