George Dickel Rye is a rye whisky made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, distilled in a column still. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Before bottling it goes through the chill charcoal mellowing that is particular to Dickel.
On the palate, forward rye spice sits against a soft, rounded body, and the finish is smooth and clean.
