George Dickel Single Barrel 15 Year Old is a Tennessee whisky in a 750ml bottle, drawn from individual barrels rather than a vatting.
Each barrel develops its own taste and aroma as it ages and mellows, so no two bottlings are the same. Some barrels show a particular character that benefits from more time in wood to develop fully. The mash bill is 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley.
It can be served over ice or used in a Tennessee Old Fashioned.
