Gerlachus WiskiE

WiskiE is a Dutch whisky from the Gerlachus Whiskystokerij in Limburg, one of the few whisky distilleries in the Netherlands. The distillery brews its own wash and distils it in a copper pot still of its own design, with the brewing and distilling done by hand and checked by smell and taste. Brewing, fermentation, distillation, maturation, bottling, labelling and packing all take place in the distillery's own small premises. The newest casks are matured in the cellars of Chateau Sint Gerlach. The distillery began in 2002 brewing beer only and has made spirits since 2017.
